New Resident Info
New to Boniwood? Welcome! We've provided the following list of items and services to help make the transition into your new home a smooth one.
- Homeowners Fees are due quarterly Jan/Apr/Jul/Oct on the 1st.
- Trash and Recycling pick-ups are on Fridays. Trucks usually run early mornings.
- Yard Waste is picked up on Mondays. In accordance with County law CB-87-2012, residents who bag their yard waste must place it out for pickup in paper bags or reusable containers with sturdy handles and tight-fitting lids that are marked “YARD WASTE.” Please store all receptacles in the rear of your home.
- Prince George’s county curbside bulky trash pickup allows residents receiving County-contracted trash and recycling collection services to set out two (2) bulky items or two (2) tightly secured bags with small household items per week NEXT to their trash can on their regular collection days without an appointment. Some items, such as scrap tires and white goods including refrigerators, air conditioners, washers, dryers, and other appliances, will still need to be scheduled for pickup through PGC311.
- PG County law requires that you dispose of dog waste when walking your pet throughout the neighborhood.
- Parking against the flow of traffic is illegal and could result in a citation of $50.00 or more.
- All Boniwood Parks & Playgrounds are closed at dark.
- This and other information will be provided in your New Resident Welcome Packet. Feel free to contact management with any questions you may have.
